Moonlit Blaze (Prints)

Description

TThis composition was sparked by a weekend bonfire burning slash in our backwoods. I was captivated by the interplay of light blue smoke intertwining with the evergreen colors and the vibrant, fiery orange flames. The nocturnal scene is set with broken branches and bent trees, leaving a hint that someone might be watching the fire or it could be the start of something unpredictable, like a wildfire. Above, an imposing full moon anchors the sky, with wispy, milky clouds gently threading the horizon beneath the trees. The overall vibe is moody, but the bright, iridescent moon adds a bold touch to the dynamic nightscape.
