Processing Time:

 

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received. Shipping times, however, vary due to destination. 

  • Hand-embellished work may take up to two months due to artist availability, order processing, handwork, oil paint drying, packing, and shipping.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

 

All orders containing cards and prints will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.95. Orders consisting of cards and non-embellished prints totaling over $75 before taxes, shipping, and handling will qualify for complimentary shipping. For shipping of originals and custom-sized orders not available on the site, custom quotes are required. Buyers have the option to provide their own shipping account information if desired.

Delivery Time:

 

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic delivery.
  • International orders will take longer and varying based on the destination and transit method. Please contact us for all international orders.

Order Tracking:

 

Tracking information for international and custom orders will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

Return Policy:

  • Refund policy – We order your canvas from our supplier upon payment. It’s printed just for you. As such, we do not offer refunds.
  • Return policy – We are not able to offer a return, refund, or exchange after your painting ships.

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, it is imperative that you capture photographs of any visible damage BEFORE UNPACKING the item and promptly get in touch with us to initiate a claim. Make sure to unpack the item in the presence of the carrier who delivered it, and document any damage with photographs. With the necessary details, we will facilitate a replacement or provide a refund. Failure to comply will result in the application of insurance procedures.
Non-Returnable Items:

Unless damanged during shipping and adequately documneted for insurance purposes, personalized, custom-made and embellished artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
