Original Artwork: 48″ x 60″ oil on canvas; framed in rough-sawn cedar.

Artist Inspiration: Iron Cross captures the thrill I love about skiing, the moment of pure flight as a skier twists mid-air, performing the iconic Iron Cross over towering mountains. Below, I imagined an abstract town rising from the snowy expanse, with tufts of grass peeking through the frost, adding a quiet, delicate touch to the wild energy above. I love how the bold motion of the skier contrasts with the calm, dreamlike landscape, and I had fun hiding a cross in the mountains. Can you find it?
